Yes. The L1008 hinges are designed and tested for tile panels up to 30×60 cm. The construction provides stable, rattle-free operation even with natural stone and thick porcelain tiles within this size range.
We recommend a high-quality construction adhesive or polyurethane sealant suitable for tiles and masonry. Both provide excellent bonding strength without drilling into the tile surface.
No. Everything necessary is included in the kit — the DISTAR diamond disc for cutting the opening and the diamond needles for fine corner adjustments. A standard angle grinder is all you need.
A light press on the tile panel releases the latch and the panel swings open smoothly on the concealed hinges. There are no visible handles or pulls — the wall looks completely uninterrupted when closed.
The tile is cut to size and mounted on the panel. When closed, it becomes invisible — perfectly flush with your wall.
