1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European Consumer Rights, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Custom-cut or installed products cannot be returned unless defective.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at sales@luxuryhomeidea.com with your order number. We will provide return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
5. Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately. We will arrange free return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement at your choice. All products come with a 2-year warranty.
