Yes. The hinges are reinforced and engineered precisely for large-format tiles like 60×120 cm. The heavy-duty construction ensures stability even with natural stone and thick porcelain panels.
We recommend a high-quality construction adhesive or polyurethane sealant suitable for tiles and masonry. Both provide excellent bonding strength without drilling into the tile surface.
No. Everything necessary is included in the kit — the DISTAR diamond disc for cutting the opening and the diamond needles for fine corner adjustments. A standard angle grinder is all you need.
A light press on the tile panel releases the latch and the panel swings open smoothly on the concealed hinges. There are no visible handles or pulls — the wall looks completely uninterrupted when closed.
The tile is cut to size and mounted on the panel. When closed, it becomes invisible — perfectly flush with your wall.

Very capable system for large panels. The diamond needles for corner finishing are a thoughtful addition — they allowed me to get a hairline-gap perimeter finish. The only thing to note is that adhesive cure time requires patience, but the final result is worth it.

The glue-on installation method initially seemed unconventional but the bond is absolutely rigid. No drilling into the tile surface, no structural compromise. After three months with a heavy natural stone panel the hinges have not moved a fraction of a millimetre.
